MEET THE OWNERS:
KIM & ROGER RUHLE

In early 2014 I was given an opportunity to work with a large corporate recruiting firm. This was a super exciting opportunity for me as I saw it as a way to bridge the skills I’d learned in the restaurant world with the skills I had more recently honed in sales and marketing. What I quickly learned in this new position was that I truly had a knack for connecting with people and gaining their trust, but I also learned that most restaurants couldn’t afford the fees of a big corporate firm. After some soul searching, I concluded I truly loved recruiting, I was very good at it, and frankly I could do it on my own with much lower overhead than a corporate firm and those savings I could pass onto my clients. So, I took a leap of faith and went out on my own and created QER Group. I had some decent success pretty quickly and was able to build from that. In 2016, my husband Roger, who had remained active in the food and beverage industry, became a bigger part of the company, and in 2020 he was able to come on board full time. We have been married for over 30 years and have always been an amazing team in everything we do, so it’s no wonder that with his help and support and diverse skill set, we continue to grow and accomplish even more as a team, as our strengths and weaknesses have always complimented each other. 

Our goal is to continue to grow and diversify our professional network, provide a dependable and trustworthy partnership to our clients, and to always try to be sure that not just the candidate is right for the position, but that the position is right for the candidate.
